Digital Transformation Leadership: She is currently serving as Marketing Director for Impactful Brand Experience at Colgate-Palmolive Philippines, where she leads digital transformation, customer experience engagement and integrated media strategy. Prior to joining client side, she was Chief Strategy Officer at Dentsu Philippines where she championed strategy and digital transformation across the network's creative and media agencies. She was concurrently General Manager at iProspect, the group's performance marketing arm. She previously held planning leadership positions with international remits at Edelman Digital Singapore, Wunderman Singapore and McCann Shanghai. Originally from Manila, she was charged with setting up the strategy team for McCann/MRM Philippines.


Industry Awards & Judging: She has received industry recognition from award bodies including Campaign Asia (40 Under 40, SEA Account Person of the Year by Campaign Asia's Agency of the Year Awards) and Mansmith Philippines (Young Market Master). For 2023, she is serving as a board member on the Philippine Association of National Advertisers.

Before becoming Managing Director of Hyper Island APAC, Peachy Pacquing capped her 25-year career in marketing communications as Ogilvy & Mather Philippines' Chief Executive. She assumed many roles across Asia over the years, most of them as an executive, regional and global creative. She shifted gears and became Chief Strategist driving cross-discipline integration, prior to navigating the largest agency discipline through its digital transformation as Managing Director for Advertising.


Academia called and she stood as Senior Industry Fellow at the De La Salle University College of St. Benilde and Professorial Lecturer at the University of the Philippines. She left for Hyper Island Singapore to become its Master’s Programme Manager and eventually, Programme Director.


She is still a consultant and trainer for the Philippine government, private corporations and speaks annually at the Philippine DigiCon provoking thought and action in the domains of Human Centered Design, Transmedia Storytelling and the Ethics of Customer Experience. Today, at the helm of Hyper Island APAC, she drives their mission of building people for the unknown.

Leigh is C3PO (Chair 3meritus & Product Officer) of MullenLowe TREYNA, founder at Talent Is Everywhere, and senior advisor at Edukasyon.ph. She served on the IMMAP Board from 2016-2021, holding the office of President in the last year. She co-chaired IMMAP DigiCon, the country's largest digital marketing conference, from 2018-2020. She co-chaired the Boomerang Awards from 2016-2018.


She entered the Creative Guild Hall of Fame in 2015. Winner of the country’s first gold Clio, she has received awards at Cannes, D&AD, One Show, Clio, Art Directors’ Club, Spikes, Asia-Pacific AdFest, New York Festivals, LIA, WARC, and others. She has served on the juries of Cannes Lions, New York Festivals, Art Directors' Club, Clio, LIA, AdFest, Spikes, Startup Weekend, and more. She was the jury head of the inaugural YouTube Ads Awards in the Philippines in 2018, and YouTube Works in 2021. Recently, she joined the 2022 and 2023 APAC Effies juries.


Leigh is a co-founder of Dama Ko Lahi Ko, a movement launched in 2021 that aims to spotlight Filipino culture on the global stage.


Leigh was a founding member of MobileMonday Manila, an open community platform that brought together mobile visionaries, developers and enthusiasts.


As @leighpod, she creates content around art, writing instruments, technology, and culture. She has held workshops on everyday creativity, journaling, and making a mess in Manila, Chicago, and San Francisco.


She was lead organizer of the Manila Pen Show in 2019 and 2023, with exhibitors from Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia as well as the Philippines.
